The 50K route traverses the scenic heart of the Hengchun Peninsula, guiding runners to the southernmost “Xiaobaiyue” peak—a symbolic edge of Taiwan surrounded by ocean on three sides. While total elevation gain is modest, the course features continuous undulating terrain and a wide range of surfaces: technical root systems, uneven riverbeds, loose gravel, and expansive grasslands. Designed for runners who excel at switching between speed and technical control, this course offers both scenic rewards and demanding variety.
